Container planning limits

Enter the outside dimensions and packed weight of each package. A count of 10 means ten packages with the same dimensions and weight. Set the rate to zero to calculate weights only.

How it works

Package volume = length × width × height in metres. Multiply by the package count and add the rows. LCL revenue tonnes = the greater of total cubic metres or gross kilograms ÷ 1,000. Multiply by your quoted rate per revenue tonne.

Container volume and payload are planning limits, not proof that packages fit. Enter your carrier's usable capacity and payload. LCL quotes can include minimum charges and fees. FCL is normally quoted per container.
