How it works
Compare two uniform grids with the carton rotated 90 degrees. Take the grid with more boxes per layer, multiply by the number of full layers below the height limit, and apply the cargo weight limit.
The diagram is a simple grid estimate, not an optimized mixed-orientation load plan. It assumes upright boxes with no overhang. Box strength, stackability, centre of gravity and securing still need checking. Payload excludes pallet tare.
